BKE was created by two physician scientists who study the human microbiome and plant medicine. By drawing on our knowledge of the microbial world and the intelligence of plants, paired with decades of fermentation experience, we have created a truly unique, craft, healthful kombucha.

Our kombucha is made using a ‘low-and-slow’ fermentation in our brewery. This creates a not-too-sour, low sugar product - without any added concentrates, probiotic powders, or natural flavorings. The result: a crushable, delicious, sparkling beverage that you can drink all day long.
