Come join us for an evening of mindfulness and connection!

The Gathering was started in 2017 as an intimate event to bring together our community to help inspire each other, feed our minds, and nourish our bodies. It begins with a Cacao Ceremony, an evidence-based discussion on psychology and archetypes, followed by a curated sound meditation and intentional dance to explore the shadow-work of the psyche. The night concludes with a 3-course meal prepared by Falansai paired with BKE kombucha.
