The product

We combine our knowledge of science and microbiology with the vast knowledge of the craft beer brewing world to inform our kombucha brewing process. Through experimentation, we have discovered how to create what we believe is a perfectly balanced beverage with a delicate and nuanced flavor profile.

Our ingredients are inspired by flavor profiles from our childhood and our international health deployments to remote corners of the world. We use the freshest combination of whole fruit, juices, flowers, hops and spices and work to source single origin in-season ingredients wherever possible.

Our base kombucha is made from single origin black tea from Assam, India- a region where tea is a way of life.

As physicians, we respect the incredible nutritional benefits that kombucha possesses, and we want to share that with the world.
